This means it is possible to create accounts for your users in our platform, give them a claim for a bike at a certain moment and support them all the way using your software! Following up on the usage, you can retrieve all information pertaining the assets and who used it, so it’s easy to then determine usage and even invoicing from your own system.
Only for our customers using the API module, we have a more extended reservation module. Using this extra module, you can create claims for in the future, making it a full reservation system. It is you who determines how far in the future you want to reserve.
Our reservation system does not check against potential available assets, so overbooking is possible. Reserving assets in an unmanned solution can result in the unwanted situation an asset is (not yet) available for a user. To help your support group handling this, the system keeps your support up to date on potential issues.
Other examples of possible usage for our full backend API is GPS tracking against external systems. It is easy to combine data flows from both systems.
