Without the Customer App, the SIS Mobilock smartlocks cannot be opened. The Customer App is an intuitive, easy to use app that helps your users find a bike near them, make a reservation and open the lock whenever they like.
The Customer App is as easy as the button to open the smartlock. Go to the map, find an available bike, make a reservation and it's yours! Then go to the location and pick the bike you want. From that moment on, the smartlock is in your possession and stays this way until you return the bike.
Create a reservation for a specific asset on a location of your choice. Within the available assets, one will guarenteed be linked to you. All that's left is to pick it up.
Once you have a reservation, you can actually claim a bike. To do this, you need to be within Bluetooth range of a bike to connect to it and claim it. Once claimed, it stays in your possession.
The app is your keyless entry. Whenever your within Bluetooth range, you will be able to open a lock that is within your list of claimed smartlocks. You do not need to close the lock using the app.
The SIS Mobilock platform is very flexible. It does not matter what you want to share, all you need to do is make sure the SIS Mobilock hardware somehow fits your asset. In the Asset Manager software you can define all the types of asset you want. This will be visible in the Customer App
